Save Our Earth
(A Poem on environment conservation)
The Earth was green, once upon a time
The water was clean, once upon a time
The sky was blue, once upon a time
The air flew through, once upon a time.
The sparrows chirped merrily, once upon a time
The bees hummed busily, once upon a time
The fish swam happily, once upon a time
The tigers roared mightily, once upon a time.
Now, our Earth is in danger
The animals are dying
The birds are scared of flying
and is man is becoming stranger.
The air is polluted
The water is polluted
the food, contaminated
all things are tainted.
Save the Earth before it's late
Give us pure food in our plate
Save the species before they are gone
Save the Earth for it's our home.
Let us all take care of our Earth, and save her before it is too late.

बादल आये उमड़ घुमड़ कर
बरसेंगे ये गरज गरज कर
जल्दी करो भाई जल्दी करो!
दादी बोली - जल्दी करो भाई जल्दी करो
चावल के पापड़ भीग न जाएँ
उनको झट से उठा लो
जल्दी करो भाई जल्दी करो!
मम्मी बोली - जल्दी करो भाई जल्दी करो
सूखते कपडे भीग न जाएँ
उनको झट से उठा लो
दादा बोले - जल्दी करो भाई जल्दी करो
मेरा अख़बार भीग न जाये
उसको झट से उठा लो
जल्दी करो भाई जल्दी करो!
पर मैं बोला - जल्दी करो भाई जल्दी करो
बारिश कहीं रुक न जाये
मुखे उसमें भीगने दो
भीगने दो भाई भीगने दो
मुझको बारिश में भीगने दो !

देखो काला बादल आया !
देखो काला बादल आया
भर अपनी पिचकारी लाया
अपने बड़े से थैले में जाने
क्या क्या वो भर लाया ?
देखो काला बादल आया !
साथ चमकती दीदी
बिजली रानी को भी ले आया
ऐसे चमके दीदी कि
मेरा मन कुछ घबराया !
देखो काला बादल आया !
गर्मी भागी, ठंडक जगी,
अब शुरू हो गई बूंदा- बांदी
वर्षा ने मुझको नहलाया
देखो काला बादल आया !
साफ़ सुथरी अब हवा लगे
पत्ते भी धुले धुले दिखें
साफ़ हवा में सांस लेकर अब
मेरा मन भी हर्षाया
देखो काला बादल आया !

परीक्षा फल
साल भर की मेहनत का
इस दिन निकलता परिणाम
कुछ बच्चे ख़ुशी ख़ुशी जाते हैं,
कुछ लेते हैं राम का नाम .
कुछ बच्चों के मन की आशा
की वो position ले के रहेंगे
लेकिन कुछ बच्चों के मन में
"कि हम पास तो हो जायेंगे"
चुन्नू, मुन्नू, टुन्नू सब पास
चिम्पू की आई position first class
फेल हो गए लल्लू कल्लू ;
रात को सोते दिन भर मस्ती
"बिन कांटे के मछली कैसे फंसती"?
यह सोच सोच झल्लाए
अब फेल हो गए हाय !
बच्चों अब तुम पढना अपने मन से
माता पिता की सेवा करना अपने तन से
तब यह जीवन का लक्ष्य रहेगा
दिन भर की हुडदंग छोड़
तुम्हे नया जन्म मिलेगा
